"High Beam" is a rockfall mitigation material that dramatically enhances rockfall energy absorption performance by reinforcing expanded polystyrene with high-strength polypropylene bands (PP bands). Due to the restraining reinforcement effect of the PP bands, each block becomes less likely to break and tends to exhibit behavior closer to that of an elastic body, making it durable and excellent in recovery power.
